By the method of vacuum sintering at T=1800o C during 10 hrs there is obtained transparent ceramics Lu2O3:Eu3+ with a density of 99% of the theoretical value. Its coefficient of linear transmission in the visible spectral region is 20%, the average grain size is 10-20 mcm. Established are the technological conditions for the obtaining of KDP/ADP single crystals doped with organic complexes containing cerium. The integral scintillation efficiency of neutron regist-ration for KDP/ADP:Ce3+ crystals is shown to be by 1-2 orders higher than the one for gamma-radiation and make approximately 20000 photons/MeV.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
