The crystal growth parameters depending on the size of the crystals to be grown were established experimentally for each growth cycle. The optimum values of these parameters were used for the growth of experimental CdZnTe ingot with a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 60 mm. The parameters of the grown crystalline material were controlled by optical (IR micrpscopy) and electrical methods.
