Hardwares for the leadthrough of laser of communication experiments with satelite and other space vehicles were created. The designer documents of pre-production models of scientific devices (SD) of "PM SP" was developed. The SD "PM SP" consist of spectrometer polarimeter "PM-SP" and static Fure spectrometer "SFS". An experimental device of spectrometer polarimeter "SPS" is finished off. The model of polaroid's modulator for photopolarimeter "UVP" is developed and made. An explanatory oт development, modelling and researches of basic blocks of laser atmospheric and of communication experiments satellite with satellite. The complex of the programs for the decision of reverse task of proceeding in the types of ozone on the satellite (AURA-OMI) measurings and on ground observationa is developed.
