Ivchenco popup.description2 Subject of inquiry was the compressor blades of the first and second stages HPС (high-pressure compressor) of the engine "Д-27". The purpose of investigation was the reducing of preproduction and ensuring the high flexibility of its organization with achievement of the required performance of details by means of selecting the perspective and high-performance engineering process for GTE blades manufacturing, that allows to decrease the costs on fulfillment of expensive, unique equipping and to reduce the terms for fabrication of blade set GTE in trial production conditions. During research has been carried out: 1. The determination of high-speed method for receipt the compressor blades using complex comparative analysis of modern engineering processes for GTE blades manufacturing, which predominate in production at present . 2. The study of high-speed milling influence on parameters of a surface layer, fatigue limit, and impact elasticity of blades under various process conditions. 3. The approbation of results of exploitations and investigations in engine "Д-27" № 2716. The theoretical value concluded the development of algorithm of complex technology, i.e. the creation of mathematical model, the definition of conditions that influence on state of a detail surface layer, and the control programs for treatment, permitting to vary geometrics in different design execution, that allow to test the full-scale details in engine under necessary operating conditions for short term. The practical significance was dictated by the application of the complex technology, based on high-speed milling, it allows to receive the details with required performance and greatly reduce the duration of production cycle. Novelty of this work consisted in realization of high-speed milling method for GTE blades in Ukraine for the first time. An effectiveness of innovation has been evaluated in reducing the terms of production and an engine refinement. The results of this work were applied during manufacture of the different compressor and turbine modules of aviation gas turbine engines.
