The aim of work is an analysis of the valuable orientations of kursants and a preparing of suggestions for the university's administratin and the State department of policy of the Ministry of emergency measures of Ukraine. The research methods are the questions. These questions contains 3 semantic blocks and includes 26 points. The results of answers were done in the sociological program OSA.As a result of research work the information was got about the attitude of kursants (1st, 2nd, 3rd year of studying) to an educational process in the university and information about their vital values and interests. The most important problems of their life were found. The application of research work will learn and understand the contingent of university more carefully.
