Spectral and polarization front-end data processing was carried out. The joint analysis of the measured data with those analogous obtained in the Antarctic Region confirmed the records good quality and the possibility in principle to identify ELF radio bursts and to locate their sources. The results of full-scale researches aimed at development and approbation of the psychophysiological group methods for further comparison with the data obtained at the ELF observatory are shown.
