The complex examination included evaluation of scientific and technical level of the project, examination of metrology and standards, examination of terminology and juridical examination of the project. During the examination the absence of standards which establish the requirements for connectors "polyethylene-steel" was taken into account. As a result of the complex examination the expert's report concerning conformity of the project of National standard of Ukraine with current Ukrainian normative documents and rules of law was given.
