Research object: traumatic deformations of a cervical spine. In work new knowledge of the reasons of occurrence and progressing of traumatic deformation of a cervical spine are received. Character of pathological changes in a cervical spine after a trauma is appreciated and for the first time in Ukraine can be used original bisegmental certainly - element model CIV-CV-CVI for research of character of distribution of internal pressure in spine impellent segments at physiological static vertical loading corresponding to biomechanical features of a cervical spine has been constructed . The lead modelling of the basic variants of damage of a cervical spine and the revealed zones of the maximal pressure of a cervical spine which require correction. The universal complex of criteria of anestimation of efficiency of treatment which allows to lead high-grade clinical inspection of patients with traumatic deformation of a cervical department of a backbone is developed. New technologies and special fixing designs for ventral stabilization, including with a bioinert covering are developed, and their bench research is lead. Designs and manufacturing techniques cervical , cervical-thoracalis and thoracal-cervicalis express-orthesis, and also a design and a manufacturing techniques universal orthesis are developed.
