The objective of operation - development of a philosophy of measurement of electrophysical parameters of feroelectric materials and creation of nanostructures of thermal sensors, research of relaxation behavior of a blast structure of ferroelectric crystals, development of nodes of the equipment for obtaining films ZnS, ZnSe with an inspected structure and architecture of a crystalline phase, research of features of a architecture of thin films obtained by ion plasma methods, research of properties of nuclear clusters by a method of molecular dynamics for volumetric aluminum, development of the device and construction techniques of obtaining of wide-aperture bundles of neutral atoms of metals and non-metals with a high parallelism of trajectories and small (5 %) range of deviation from working speed depending on a material (Al, Cr, C, ZnS) and temperature of evaporation. Methodsof a research - methods dielectric and x-ray spectroscopy, atomic-power and transmission electronic microscopy; diffractive contrast, electron probe of microanalysis and inversion volt-amperometry. The algorithm of computer experiment by a method of molecular dynamics is developed. The laboratory sample for creation of wide-angle bundles of neutral atoms of metals and non-metals (Al, Cr, C, ZnS) is made. The technique of obtaining of bundles of neutral atoms for a support of a parallelism of trajectories with deviation no more than 0,5 (is developed. The laboratory sample of a node of the magnetron system for creation nanolayers ZnS, ZnSe is tested. Sketch designer documentation on the device of selection and grouping of neutral atoms with %5 range of deviation from mean square speed is developed. The technological instructions of ion plasma sputtering Si, AlN, ZnS, ZnSe, Al2O3 and obtaining periodic of nanodimensional structures with the help of bundles of neutral atoms are developed. The technique of definition of space allocation of polarization in nanolayers of feroelectric materials and recommendation till it to application is developed. The use of outcomes of operation has practical value at refinement both modernizing of detectors of gas and optical radiation, obtaining nanolayers of composite materials with defined stehiometry, use in production periodic nanodimensional (from 100 nms up to 1 nm) functional, active and passive units, which are the basis electronic digital and analogue instruments. The forecasting assumption of development of the object of a research - development of a new generation of devices of registration of thermal fields.
