Sanitary - and - hygienic and toxicological indices of structurized, stabilized and modified additions of asphalt concerete, bitumens, polymer cement, protective and anticorrozive mixtures, road dyes have been determined. The measures for treir safe use in roadbuilding branch were proposed. The chapters on the issues of safety and profection of the environment to the standart - and - technical documents for their application were elaborated.
