Objects of the study: piezoelectric controlled dielectric structure in the microwave range, the frequency dependence of permittivity, dielectric loss of piezoelectric single crystals with a small microwave absorption. The purpose of work: Design and study beyond the high-frequency oscillatory solid systems with electro-mechanical and optical management amplitude, frequency and phase of microwave signals based on a detailed study of active dielectrics with low microwave absorption. Recommended area of use: How to create the special microwave dielectric materials, as well as microwave devices with an electrically controlled based on the characteristics of dielectric resonance. Key words: ultra-high frequencies, dielectric materials, microwave ceramics, dielectric resonant elements regulating the resonant frequency filters with adjustable features,phase shifters. Key results are: 1 designed, manufactured and studied the characteristics of filters and phase NVCH in the meter and cm bands on the basis of regular and resonance of planar and volumetric dielectric structures. 2 studied the microwave characteristics of piezoelectric single crystals, siliko-, German-titanium silenitov, langasitov, Galatians and alyuminatov RZE. 3 Designed Actuators made a number of different geometry and small dimensions, with a voltage control? 30 volts, suitable for microwave devices. 4 developed and produced a measuring device for the study prepared for the DR microwave. Dielectric resonators are investigated with the main type of oscillation.
