Diagnostic algorithm with angioneurotic edema, which includes the simultaneous clinical and immunological inspection of patient (determination of the level of C1 and C4 of the component of complement, functional activity of C1-inhibitor, estrogens, testosterone, and also general IgE and B-lymphocytes, is developed. The mixed form of angioneurotic edema (5,8%), which has the clinical and immunological signs both of hereditary and allergic angioneurotic edema, is revealed. Is developed diagram the treatment of patients with the mixed form of angioneurotic edema, and additions to the classical schemas of the treatment of patients with hereditary angioneurotic edema in the dependence on the content of C1- inhibitor in the blood serum are also introduced.
