Clinical, haematological, cytohemical, biohemical, immunological, statistical methods were used. It is determined that metabolic and immune disorders that characterized by considerable increase of pro-inflammatory cytokines ahd decrease of anti-inflammatory cytokines cause multiple organ failure. Increasing of proliferative lymphocyte activity with presence of antigens of normal tissues of skin, liver and myocardium.
