Objective: To determine the features of surgical interventions at the sacculated aneurysms of the brain vessels using the latest occlusion systems (detachable balloons-catheters, spirals), depending on the location , angioarchitecture of aneurysms, the period of the disease, analysis of the effectiveness of different types of endovascular operations and to improve combined endovascular interventions and efficiency of treatment of such patients. Methods: The standard questioning, the analysis of physical and neurological status, cerebral angiography, computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging. Results: Based on the analysis of the results of the endovascular shutdown of saccul aneurysm of main brain vessels conducted criteria and developed recommendations of using the variety of occlusion systems in patients with SA taking into account the anatomical structure, the size of aneurysm, its relationship to the parent artery,the state of neck and head main arteries , the period of disease.
