Objectives: on the basis of analysis of the characteristics of angiographic structure of cerebral arteriovenous malformations to improve differentiated endovascular interventions in patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformations in order to increase effectiveness of their treatment. Methods: analysis of neurological status, cerebral angiography, computed tomography, single photon emission computed tomography, cerebral magnetic resonance imaging. Results: existing endovascular interventions in case of cerebral arteriovenous malformations are improved on the basis of separation of types of malformation angioarchitecture; and recommendations for differentiated usage of different technical means to deliver embolising material to the malformation structure are developed allowing to increase the efficacy of one-stage exclusion of malformation, decrease the rate of postoperative complications, exclude lethal cases in intraoperative andpostoperative periods, considerably improve results of endovascular treatment of patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformations Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
