The purpose: to define the mechanism of reorganization between central and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral AVM after endovascular interventions in dynamics and to work out recommendations directed for effectiveness increase of the endovascular treatment and long-term observation of that patients. Methods: the analysis of the neurologic status, cerebral angiography, computer tomography, one photon emission computer tomography, a magnetic resonance tomography, an echo Doppler cardiography, daily monitoring of arterial pressure and bioelectric activity of heart, ultrasonic investigation of cerebral investigation of cerebral vessels. Results: Mechanism of interrelations between cerebral and central hemodynamics after endovascular interventions and mechanisms of vital activity in patients with cerebral AVM are determined, recommendations for prediction of possible complications in early postoperative period and tacticsof long-term observation of this patients for decreasing the risk of their invalidization and to improve quality of live are worked - out and adopted in practice.
