Pages-85, figures-20, tabels-23, referenses-58. We examined 158 patients (88 men, mean age 66,2+1,1 years and 70 women, mean age 67,7+1,8 years) with clinically verified ischemic stroke (IS). The aim of research was to improve the protcol of ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging and electroenncephaloggraphy in patients with IS and to develop the software foor quantitative evvaluation of the effect of neuroprotectors and statins. Methods. Doppler ultrasonography, magnetic ressonanse imaging, electroencephalography, biochemical analysis of the The ssoftware for experimental data processing and tracing of the charts of the distribution of the metabolites and relaxation hhours in different brain structures has halped to quantitate the efficacy of stroke treatment by neuroprotectors and ssimvastatin. The most significant metabolic changes are seen when neuroprotectors and simvastatin were simultaneousy used in complex trreatment. Hereby, 2 month treatment by simvatin in patients after ischemic stroke improves brain circulation and lipid metabolism. Therefore? we recommend to include simvatin in pharmacologicfl rehabilitation of such patients. key words: ischaemic stroke, statins, ultrasonography, MRI, EEG/ Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
