Purpose of work: creation of theoretical basis and search of rational directions of the use of coal-water fuel (CWF), expansions of source of raw materials, for his receipt (due to the use of coal of low quality), and also development of devices for his effective storage and transporting. As a result of the executed researches the necessity of creation of power-hungry ecological sedimentation stable coal-water fuel is grounded, transformation of heattransmition is analytically presented taking into account chemical composition of the mineral pluggings in high-quality CWF, the modes and charts of flotation are certain in theory, researches of reagents are executed for providing of decline of maintenance grey in floating concentrate, and also reagents for dilution and demineralization of coal-water suspensions. In theory certain and the processes of wear of workings elements of a hydrotransport equipment are experimentally confirmed during transporting of CWF.
