Karazin popup.description2 The structural-phase stabilization of zirconium alloys and oxide ceramics spatial-inhomogeneous structures is investigated. The possible causes of metal and oxide systems microstructure evolution are studied. The structure and phase makeup of a iron-bearing zirconium alloys surface is explored after thermo mechanical machining and corrosion testing. It is clarified, that spatial dissimilarity zirconium alloys is caused with migration of nanocrystalline particles in the surface sublayers. Chemical decomposition of the bridgings containing aluminum, it is obtained нано-and ultradispersible dusts of an oxide of aluminum. Requirements of migration of boundaries of grains and magnification of the sizes of particles are defined at a diffusion in ceramic materials. Optimization of technological parameters of machining has allowed to receive a dust of an oxide of aluminum with a dispersibility of particles of 50 nm.
