Research methods: · Theoretical analysis of geometrical and physical models of ionizing radiation sources that are used in plasmic and radiation technological processes. · Theoretical and mathematical physics methods. · Simulation of stochastic physical processes using computers. · Monte Carlo method for simulation of electron radiation characteristics. A semi-empirical model of stochastic irradiation dose in the volume of the object being irradiated in pulse and continuous behavior of a scanning electron beam was developed. The semi-empirical model of the irradiation dose stochasticity was carried out as a computer program. The work results can be used for planning, trainning and interpretation of experimental investigation in the field of modern radiation technologies.
