The differential microcalorimeter, whish allows to carry out the sunchronous thermal analysis (the diffferential microcalorimetrical analysis combined in time with the thermogravimetrical analysis) for definition of spesific heat evaporation of flying components from various materials is developed: water solutions of electrolits and not electrolits, organic solvents. Spesific heat evaporation of water from solutions of glucose, fructose and sucrose , specific heat evaporation of propanol and organic evaporator Decoflus WB 686 is defined. Spesific heat evaporatino of water is defined during drying of apples and carrots, apple and carrot juice.
