These samples were fabricated by depositipon of medical preparations: organic heterocyclic hydrochlorides of thiamine diphosphate, tiamine, аmiodarone, procainamide, clonidine, on silicon wafers from a chemical bath at room temperature. For thiamine diphosphate hydrochloride - n+p Si hybrids the increase in efficiency achieved 15 % in comparison with ~5 % before deposition at illumionation exposure of 0.1 sun. Hybrids with other layers at deposition on Si formed barrier structure with efficiency up to 6 % at АМ 1.5.
