The methodical tool of evaluation of socio-economic efficiency of bank activity and banking system is developed and improved. Suggestions are developed in relation to creation of the system of measures, directed on the increase of socio-economic efficiency of the banking system, separate bank and bank subsections. Perspective directions of development of the banking system are certain taking into account the necessity of increaseof its socio-economic efficiency.
