The basic scientific and technical problems considered in the work: - The technological decisions and list of the facilities ensuring increase in uranium ore mining and processing output up to Ukrainian NPPs' needs are determined; - The technological decisions and list of the facilities ensuring rolled zirconium production from zircon concentrate are determined; - The technological decisions and list of the facilities ensuring manufacture of furnishing products and nuclear fuel fabrication are determined; - The complex estimation of the environmental impact of the nuclear fuel cycle facilities is determined; - The complex estimation of radiation safety of the nuclear fuel cycle facilities is performed; - The capital investment in realization of the program "Nuclear Fuel of Ukraine" is determined.
