Computing experiments revealing the spectrum features of the water level forced oscillations at the "Kazachja" bay have been accomplished. Hypothesis about the connection of seismic phenomena and vibration spectrum for free water surface in a semi-bound basin of the Black Sea has been experimentally verified.
