The aim of the work: creation of complex chemical and chemometrical methods for optimization of separation in micellar liquid chromatography. Methods of research: micellar liquid chromatography, potentiometric titrations for quantitative characteristics of new modifiers of micellar eluents properties; analysis of variance for study of retention factor reproducibility in micellar liquid chromatography; methods of experiment design and chemometrics for development of approach for optimization of chromatographic . Obtained results and novelty: the scedastic curves of retention characteristics in MLC and heteroscedasticity of retention factor was approved. On this basis the using of statistical weights for adequate modeling in MLC was introduced. New simple and heuristic three parameter retention model was proposed. The chemometrical approach that could be used for simultaneous optimization of selectivity, time of separation and robustness was developed. New modifiers of micellar eluents aliphatic carboxylic acids were proposed. The advantages of new modifiers in comparison with aliphatic alcohols were demonstrated on the separation of 2,4-dinitrophenyl amino acids. For the first time the effect of micelles of sodium dodecylsulfate on acid-base properties of aliphatic carboxylic acids were investigated. The field of application: investigation of biomimetic media characteristics, QRAR, chemical and pharmaceutical analysis, chromatography.
