The scientific basis of forming of information base of resources is its hierarchical constructing of component subsystems with further fasetics by usage in practice. The methodological basis of studies is a system method of knowledge of the natural-manufacturing and technic-technological and economical phenomens. For a solution of the delivered tasks were utilized an abstract - logical method - at definition of a nature of separate concepts and definitions of the utilised terms; Statistic-economically - at analysis of state of the art and tendencies of progressing in machine-building branch АIC; an analytical method - at study of engineering and design categories, paths and directions of their progressing.
