It ensures a continuous effective anesthesia. Organizational issues as well as interrelation points with polyclinic service have been worked out. Technical conditions for making the port have been developed. The port was made from speciale titanium and it is implanted subcutaniously which ekoludes the possibility of contamination and it is a base element of the suggasted of functioning this port is practically illimited. Such a port can also be used for continuous injection of chemical preparations, antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals.
