HIV-infected children, children with non-recognized status born to HIV-infected mothers have been examined. It has been determined that HIV-infected, children may have a progressive HIV-infection process in spire of the absence of clinical manifestations, changes in conventional values of immunologic investigation. The study of functional T-helperd activity in HIV-infected children with progressive disease course has been shown to allow monitoring the process and progressive immunodeficiency, assessing immunological reconstruction based on theraphy prognosing its non-effectiveness more exactly traditional values.
