Transboundary (Polish-Ukrainian) autonomous network of soil ecosystems monitoring and map of most priority lands of specific biodiversity preservation were created for the first time. Recreation degradation of forest biogeocenosis, changes features (succession) of disused agricultural lands ecosystems, dynamics of groundwater level changes and main meteorological microclimate indexes and correlation between these parameters, spatial-temporal dynamics of physical-chemical characteristic changes of Shatsk lakes water during 1960-2008 years were investigated.
