Aims of research: а) registration of the meteors in the Earth’s atmosphere by TV-method and their classification, processing of the received observations; b) estimation of the inflow of the space dust from the near-Earth vicinity to the Earth’s atmosphere. Methods of the studying: regular TV-observations, statistical, astrometric and photometric processing of the results of the observations. Meteor patrol construction on basis of the Scmidht system telescope and TV-radiation receiver is perfected. New optical systems are constructed and tested. These new systems together with new radiation receivers let us to widen our field of view, increase the monitoring time amount and also provide full meteor patrol programs in the expeditions. First meteor basic observations were hold. These methods became the basics for the software complex, which is used as the instrument for the processing of the fixed meteors. The results of the processing and the preliminary statistics are analyzed. It’s shown that the efficiency of our meteor monitoring is quite better than based on the photographic methods one. In spite of the small field of the view of the optical system the uniformity of the meteors fixation relatively to the celestial sphere takes place. Primary processing of the observations of 2007 year lets us make assumptions about the maximum of the activity of the swarm of Northern d-Aquarids was observed in 1-2 days earlier comparing to predicted date.
