Mechnikov Odessa National University popup.description2 The theory of formation and control of micro and nano-objects under the gradient light fields in media with mono polar and bipolar photoconductivity and, probably, traps and additional charged centers with dipole moment or polarizability has been developed. It was shown that this model has a lot of appliances for many different photo-stimulated phenomena in crystals, glasses, organic media and biological objects. The possibility of real time micro-scale investigations of transparent samples phase structure using the laser eradiation with phase-modulated speckle structure has been theoretically and experimentally confirmed. New methods of phase modulation value determination (dynamical range) in amplitude and phase holograms and biological objects (cells) have been developed. The new physical model of low-intensity laser eradiation influence mechanism on biological objects have been suggested and theoretically and experimental validated. New way of chemical spectral sensitization by the addition of dyeson the surface of silver sulfide nanoclusters with further adsorption on the light sensitive microcrystals have been proposed. The results obtained increases sensitization effectiveness with the proper ways on the grade. It was pointed that spectral sensitization of heterophase microcrystals core leads to the widing of spectral sensitivity more than 100 nanometers. Such widing has a quantum size character and is connected with a occasional potential fluctuations on the core-shell border. Interaction of dye in the molecular and aggregated positions which influenced n the electron-hole processes in the nanocluster-dye and microcrystal dye systems.
