Methods of researches - real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results of the carried out researches -synthetic fluorescent probes of DNA are used for control of quality of products of AIC, and also for development of diagnostic kits for detection of plant and animals viruses, particularly for bovine leukemia virus, avian influenza type H5N1, 1-type horse herpes-virus, porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome virus (PRRS) and latent viruses of potato (X, Y, M, S). Moreover developed identification kits for plant genetically modified organisms, in particular GM-soybean (2-lines) and GM-maize (8 lines), and also for DNA-authentication of alleles, related to the signs of cattle milk productivity, on the example of K-casein and DGAT genes.
