The purpose of work is creation of the national distance informatively deliberative system in industries of agricultural production and in the sphere of agrarian science and education. Methods of researches: methodical approaches are based on combination of application of modern information technologies and thematic differences of industries of agricultural production. In the process of research the method of analysis of the systems, statistical methods and methods of economic and technological design and programming language were applied. The national distance informatively deliberative system is created in industries of agricultural production and in the sphere of agrarian science and education which is inculcated on Internet-portal the "Agrarian sector of Ukraine" (www.agroua.net) in composition of the of a particular branch informatively deliberative systems: from a plant-grower, stock-raising, veterinarymedicine, technical providing, economic questions, educationally scientific complex and systems of the operative informative monitoring. A method and interface of the system of the operative controlled from distance advising is created on agrarian questions. Innovative approaches were applied allow to provide effective development of the system. Sphere of application is a plant-grower, stock-raising, technical providing, agrarian economy, veterinary medicine and agrarian educational and scientific establishments.
