The kinetic "temperature" for dislocations has been introduced, which can be increased due to electron-dislocation coupling resulting in the "thermal" spikes in the dislocation sub-systems. These spikes may be more powerful than those in the perfect lattice due to the difference in the corresponding coupling times. As a result, the rate of thermally activated dislocation climb and glide can be increased under irradiation at low temperature of the lattice.
