Purpose of work - there is a theoretical-methodological ground of priority forms of the budgetary and tax adjusting, perfection of financial mechanism of line and indirect state support of agriculture and terms of their practical realization in modern terms. Informative basis of research are labours of domestic and foreign scientists-economists, normatively legislative acts, normative documents of Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, Ministry of finances and Ministry of economy of Ukraine, official statistical accounting. Research methods are a monographic method, factor analysis, method of statistical tables, analogy of supervision and design. Recommendations in relation to perfection of the system of taxation of agricultural enterprises and perspective model of taxation of profits of rural population are developed. Grounded a value of local budgets in the mechanism of the budgetary adjusting and control mechanisms is after the timely entering budget of tax payments.
