The purpose of work - to establish the basic laws of thermal solidphase trans-formations of individual bivalent metals (magnesium, manganese, cobalt, zinc) hydrated diphosphates and solid solutions on their basis. Methods of researches. The basic research reception - the дифференциально-thermal analysis. Identification and research of products of thermal transformations of diphosphates to perform with the help of сomplex of analysis methods: chemical, potentiometric, X-ray and IR spectroscopic, quantita-tive paper chromatography, electronic microscopic. The research results. The thermolysis of hydrated diphosphates Mn2P2O7·5H2O, Со2P2O7·6H2O, Zn2P2O7·5H2O and the solid solutions on their basis is investigated. The sequence structural and thermal solidphase transformations which accompanying them dehydration is determined. Correlations between conditions of heat treatment, composition and thermal properties of products of their partial and full dehydration are received. Conditions of synthesis are determined and for the first time three new solid solutions of waterless manganese(ІІ), cobalt(ІІ) amd zinc diphosphates are received. The basic laws of thermal solidphase transformations of individual bivalent metals (manganese(ІІ), cobalt(ІІ), zinc) hydrated diphosphates and solid solutions on their basis are established. Recommendations for practical realization of solidphase synthesis of waterless individual and complex bivalent metals diphosphates of the set compound are prepared. Range of application - the enterprises, research institutes UААS and NАS Ukraine, which working on expansion of assortment of high performance mineral fodder additives, fertilizers and fungicides.
