The purpose of work-etail study of peculiarities of forest regeneration process underneath of crowns and on cut areas and determination of impact of ecological and silviculture factors on distribution of game species of birds and animals, development of measures for optimization of their. Next methods of research used in the study: forest mensuration - for establish of plots and determination of biometric indicators of forest; chemical - analytical: for determination physical, chemical and agronomical peculiarities of soils; silvicultural, ecological - for determination of forest site quality indexes; field zoological - for study interrelationship between game species of animals and birds and components of forest ecosystems; mathematical - statistical - for analysis of field data.Results of the carried out researches- factors that impact on periods, quantity and quality of seed production is determined, that allow to increase effectiveness of planning and carrying out of measures for forest regeneration. Complex assessment of main and other forest species regeneration underneath of forest covers and on cut areas are carried out, that allow to give scientific background of most rational methods of biologically stable stands creating. For Ukrainian Polissia zone peculiarities of species composition and structure of forest stand, edge of a forest, linear objects, heterogeneity of forest phytocenocis impact on biotic distribution of game animals and birds. Range of application: possibility and expedience of seed natural regeneration use for creation long-live and biological stable forest stands in the public forest enterprises of Ukraine. Data of game animals and birds populations' studies may be used for State cadastre of wild animals of Ukraine and for writing per species description for the next edition of the Red book of Ukraine. Also obtained results could be useful for development and realization of monitoring program, forecasting and management of populations for nature protection and forest management activity.
