Results: use of developed dnigs of the regimen (Doxorubicinum (50 mg/m2), Cisplatinum (60 mg/m2), Mitomycin C (10 mg/m2), 5-FU (800 mg/m2) in patients in the absence of efficacy in previous treatments his allowed in 59,5% cases to achieve effect, tram them in 16,8% - regression of tumor, in 42,7% - stabilization, the research was pertained to determine the cells by phases of a mitotic cycle and changes in bone narrow in these patients, which was revealed in 38% cases. The pharmacologic properties of poliplatillen in combination with 5-FU were evaluated, winch showed maximal anti-tumor effect. Field of application: surgery, oncology, chemotherapy.
