Aim – to determine histogenesis of carcinoma of lung on the basis of study of hystogenetic, immunohistochemical, histogenetic, cytological and electronic microscopic studies. Complex used contemporary morphologic methods on organic, tissue and subcell levels allows to determine regularity. In accordance with that lung cancer various histological types grows from basement-membrane towards centre of alveolus. That coincides with experimental morphologic data about the most potencial faculty for growth, proliferation and malignancy pneumocytes II type, that many investigators concerns for the cell of lung, from which developed lung cancer. Received data submit a definite contribution to the development oncomorphology and, in particular, oncopulmonology. Results fulfilen studies are confirmed fatal clinical flow of lung cancer as testify witness about multifocal growth of tumor. Data may used by elaboration prophylactic and treatment measures for more grounded rational tactics of investigation, early diagnosis and choice of tactics of treatment with patient having lung cancer.
