Systematic monitoring (clinical, immunological and virological) of patients receiving ART in AIDS department of Institute's Clinic was provided. The main observation group consisted of patients with confirmed HIV-infection diagnosis who had received continuous ART for the period from 6 till to 48 months and were continuing treatment- totally 570 persons. Patients who had been receiving ART for the period less than 6 months (97 persons) were not eligible for the analysis. Either causes for substitution of ART regimen components due to toxicity were not analyzed. 570 persons of the main observation group were divided into cohorts depending on ART duration: cohort 1 included 570 patients with ART duration longer than 6 months, cohort 2 - 481 patients with ART duration longer than 12 months, cohort 3 - 309 patients with ART duration longer than 24 months, cohort 4 - 220 patients with ART duration longer than 36 months, cohort 5 - 74 patients with ART duration longer than 48 months (4 years). Features of cohort 4 patients' which characterized ART efficacy during 36 months (3 years) of treatment were deeply analyzed.
