The correlation between replicative activity of coinfection agents (herpesviruses, HBV, HCV), level of immunosuppression and HIV viral load in HIV-infected persons was revealed. Based on analysis of HIV-1 genome in the ро1 gene, the presence of resistance mutations to antiretroviral drugs was detected in 3.1 % of cases.
