Reliable relationship between severity of arterial hypertension and stenotic lesion features was not found. Surgical restoration of arterial patency in patients with severe stenosis facilitates normalization of blood pressure level or increase effectiveness of medical treatment for arterial hypertension. Miniinvasive endovascular interventionl methods are safe in the management of patients with that kind of pathology and have high effectiveness in stroke prevention.
