On the basis of biogeochemical estimation of soils and properties of translocation of heavy metals from soil to agricultural plants the high-informing biogeochemical coefficient of standardization is shown out and correlation in the system "iodine-dependent diseases-environment" is set. It was shown that the primary indicator of the state of health of population, which lives in iodine-deficit districts with technogenic contamination, is microcenosis of mucus shell of large intestine. The biochemical indicator (median of iodine excretion in urine) of prophylactic measures' efficiency of prevention of iodine-dependent diseases of population is determined.
