Aim of the work consisted in development of the physical and technical conditions of creation of the nanosystems based on thin films, layered crystals and ferroic nanocrystals incorporated into a polymer matrix, establishing of the regularities of modification of the structure, optical, spectral and electrophysical parameters of the material at transition from the bulk to the two-dimentional structures and further - to the nanocrystals and nanoclusters. On the basis of X-ray-diffraction studies and the crystal-chemical simulation, the structure peculiarities of the luminescent nanosystems have been studied. The methods of creation of the thin film oxide nanophosphors, based on modified RF magnetron sputtering method and crystallization of the multilayer systems were developed. The metod of preparation of the nanocomposites"ferroic nanocrystals+polymer matrix" was proposed. Thin film oxide nanophosphors and multilayer systems based on ZnO as well as technology of creation of the novel nonlinear materials were developed and their structural, optical, physical and kinetic luminescence properties were studied. Some of the effects discovered in the framework of this project were observed for the first time. This concerns, in particular, the piezoelectric resonance in the GHz frequencies and the effect of the thermochromic phase transition suppression observed in the nanocomposites.
