Journalism Department popup.description2 Objects of studies: the electrodes, which were modified by thin films of electroconducting polymers (ECP) on the basis of aromatic amines and also by the metallic and oxides nanoparticles, as a platforms fot chemo and biosensors. Purpose of work: to create the physicochemical foundations for the design of electroconducting platforms for the alcohol, glucose, formaldehyde and carbamide biosensors and also chemosensors which are sensitive on NH3, NO2 and hydrogen peroxide on the basis of ECP. Methods of studies: UV and IR spectroscopy, differential derivatography, cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, electrochemical quartz microbalance, chemi- and, elemental analysis. The electroactive polymers, as the sensitive layers for chemosensors and polymeric matrix for biological active compounds immobilization, were synthesized and its chemical properties were studied. The conditions of the modification of sensor's platforms by the thin ECP-films were optimized and procedure of enzyme immobilization on such surfaces for biosensors was designed. The sensors of different types for the determination of both organic and inorganic nature substrates were studied. The influence of the nature of electrode material, enzyme, modified polymeric layer and presence of metallic nanoparticles on the electrochemical and operating properties of the sensoric devises was analyzed. The architecture of the models of studied chemo- and biosensors were optimized on the basis of carried out studies. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
