Work goal - development of scientific-methodic background for progressive implementation of the State system for monitoring of mineral resource base. Primary data included availability of developed network for collection and processing of geological information to be conducted by the institutions of the State Geological Survey of Ukraine as well as operating and financial parameters of the exploration and mining companies listed at the leading world stock exchanges. Report contains results of analysis over Ukrainian mineral resource base, sources of geological information and technical tools for its collection and store. In the course of given work the system is created for monitoring of mineral resource base of Ukraine which is considered to be the normal result of long-term data accumulation on the country geological study, mineral resource base counterparts, as well as data application on the mineral industry worldwide. In fact, the system prototype development it is completed which is based on the required technical facilities of the work co-executive - SSIE "Geoinform Ukrainy" comprising the system administrator. In the full function state the system is implemented just on this technical base and by the end of the given project it is accessible for the users defined by relevant regulatory documents (specifically, executive power units) through modern tele-communication tools (Internet, authorized FTP-access, ordered data transfer via magnetic and optical wares). It is developed and approved the Concept and Technical Order for the system of monitoring over mineral resource base of Ukraine as well as the drafts for the statement and procedure of data sharing in the system of monitoring over mineral resource base of Ukraine.
