It was considered the mechanisms of instability of function of transformation. It was researched changes of function of transformation to the typical conditions of exploitation. It was conducted experimental researches: of the spectrum of thermo-electric properties, of the electric resistance, of the temperature's coefficient and structure-sensitive descriptions. It was offered expression of total function of influence, as a maximum value of instrumental error - of combination of functions of influence. It was realized methods and the algorithms of creation and application of thermo transformers with a minimum instrumental error. It was approved methods of previous analysis of structure of working material, of power influence on the structure of working matter of standard of temperature which would guarantee the improvement of metrology descriptions of standard of temperature. It was created the model of standard of temperature on the basis of metallic eutecticums of In-Ga -Sn in quality of working matter .It is got necessary time and temperature stability of plateau of temperature of standard of temperature point.
