It is directed on the partial replacement of natural gas and residual oil using in the national economy. The economical estimations of gasification efficiency as well as the production of synthetic liquid fuels are fulfilled. The experimental samples of plasma torch equipments of 40 kWt and 150 kWt powers operating on the mixture of air and water as well as their separated components are created. The demonstration installation to study the carbon containing raw processing is presented. The results of numerical modeling of the processes of plasma vapor gasification of the some groups of carbon containing raw are presented too.
