The work purpose – reduction of pollution of an environment and economy of material resources on the basis of working out of technologies and the equipment on crushing mechanical rubber and plastic waste for their further recycling and processing. On the basis of results of the analysis of a condition of a question in the field of recycling mechanical rubber and a plastic waste the expediency of use of tape saws and scissors of a various design for primary crushing with the subsequent secondary crushing on the rollers realising processes of asymmetric rolling and colondiring is shown. Initial preconditions are experimentally specified and had development methods of calculation of processes of crushing mechanical rubber and a plastic waste with use of tape saws, scissors with parallel and inclined knifes, disk scissors longitudinal are sharp with cylindrical knifes and the knifes havinggear cutting, and also on the rollers providing reception of a rubber and plastic crumb with set geometrical characteristics. Practical recommendations about perfection of corresponding technologies and the equipment are developed.
